Session Payments
A £75 session fee is required to secure your booking for all Limited Edition Sessions. This fee is for a photographic session for up to four siblings.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
Limited Edition Sessions are non-refundable, except for in extreme circumstances which will be at the discretion of Victoria Rowe Photography.
Session
Limited Edition Sessions are 15-minute portrait sessions at Victoria Rowe Photography’s studio in Isleworth. Shooting commences promptly at the scheduled start time. Arriving late will cut your session time short. No specific shots are guaranteed, but the session will have a themed set, and you are encouraged to bring your own festive pyjamas
Images
Approximately 8-10 images from your session will be prepared for viewing at your in-person ordering appointment, which will take place at the studio 7-10 days after your session. This is when you will select the gift print(s) and digital images included in your collection purchase. You may also purchase additional products or upgrade to a larger collection at this time. This appointment must be booked at the end of your Limited Edition Session.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event that all or some of the photographs fail to materialise or there is total photographic failure due to reasons beyond Victoria Rowe Photography’s control, the liability of Victoria Rowe Photography will be limited to the refund of all monies paid. In any event, the limit of Victoria Rowe Photography’s liability shall not exceed the collection price.
Electronic Devices
Cameras, mobile phone cameras, and camcorders are not permitted during sessions.
Re-shoots / Refunds
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up or hair, behaviour, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.
